Nikki Adams

Practice & Client Services Manager

Nikki is a Director of Ad Valorem and runs the operational and administrative functions of the business.  Nikki also acts as Client Services Manager so if you have any queries or concerns, Nikki is the lady to speak to.

Her background is mainly in commerce, having worked for 11 years in London for a fast-expanding group of recruitment companies. Nikki joined the company at the age of 19 and was involved in the group’s growth from being one product area and 6 team members to four product areas, four branches and 70 team members. She was made a director of the company at the age of 24 and directly managed a team of 5, being responsible for the finance and administrative functions of the group for over 6 years. Although originally a family company, it was sold to a South African group in the late 80’s and Nikki was part of a management buy-back in the early 90’s.

After weathering a recession and then making the most of the upturn in the economy, the company was extremely successful and was sold to a US-owned company in a multi-million pound deal in the mid-90’s.

Nikki took a career break to have a family and then joined husband Nigel to assist him in building his own local practice from 2001.

Her strengths are:

Nikki spends her spare time playing badminton and socialising with other club members, reading and hiking in the Derbyshire dales when she can.
